AI Made Friendly, Fun, and Genuinely Useful
Ethical, plain-language education to help everyday people like you — across the Moreton Bay Region, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast — understand and use Artificial Intelligence safely, confidently, and yes, have a bit of fun along the way.
Hi, I'm Kim — and I genuinely 💜 aI
I jumped on board with AI the moment ChatGPT arrived — one of the first in the queue, grinning at everything it could do. I still get that spark. I love what AI makes possible.
But I’m no starry-eyed cheerleader. I’m just as aware of the risks as I am of the rewards, and I’ve heard all the doom-and-gloom voices telling us we’re all about to lose our jobs. Here’s the truth I’ve landed on:
"You're not going to lose your job to AI. You're going to lose your job to someone who uses AI."
Jensen Huang (CEO of Nvidia)
That realisation actually came from my own life. Before I started this business, I could see AI beginning to reshape the very work I was doing. Rather than bury my head in the sand, I decided to learn everything I could — so that whatever happened, I’d be ready to adapt. Not long after, I was made redundant. That fork in the road is exactly what led me here, to helping other people feel ready too.
What drives me is a simple belief in continuous learning. Too many of us were taught that learning stops the day school ends and the job begins — but that was never true, and with AI reshaping our world, it matters more now than ever. Whether you’re part of a community group or working for a local business, we simply can’t afford to bury our heads in the sand. We need to learn how to use AI thoughtfully — in our work, our communities, and our everyday lives — with our eyes open to the ethics, the governance, and the direction our leaders are taking us.
And here’s my promise to you: your starting point doesn’t matter to me. I will never treat anyone as though their question is silly — chances are, someone else in the room is wondering the exact same thing. I’ll make sure you actually understand before you leave. That’s my commitment. (And if you’re not happy, you can have your money back — conditions apply.)
Age is no barrier here either. Some of the most rewarding sessions I run are with people who thought this world had passed them by — and watching that click of confidence is the part of this work I love most.
Here's a Taste of What We Can Explore Together
Every group is different, so I’ve grouped some example workshops by where they’re often run. But don’t feel boxed in — any of these can be adapted for any audience, young or old. A session designed for a retirement village might be exactly what a church group loves, and vice versa. Mix, match, and tell me what your people are curious about.
For Retirement Villages and Senior Groups
Patient, warm, one step at a time. No question too small, no pace too slow.
For Churches and Faith Communities
Values-led, thoughtful, and always respectful of the heart of your ministry.
For Libraries & Public Sessions
Open to all, built for the whole community — from job seekers to curious kids.
For the Curious — Fun & Personal Skills (any setting)
Because learning should be a joy, these can be added to any group or run on their own.
Don’t see quite what you’re looking for? These are just examples to spark ideas — I can shape a workshop around whatever your group is curious about. Let’s have a chat about what would suit your people best.
Do You Work Somewhere That's "Thinking About AI"? Let's Get You Ahead of the Curve
First and foremost, everything above is for you and your community. But maybe you’re also someone who works for a local business — and you’ve heard, perhaps through the grapevine, that they’re “looking into AI.” Maybe you’re curious but nervous about asking questions. Or maybe you’re quietly ambitious, and you’d love to be the person who actually gets it.
If that’s you, imagine what AI could free you up to do — more of the work you’re genuinely great at, and more time for your own life too. Here’s what’s worth knowing.
of Queensland businesses know they need to simplify their work through automation — but have no idea where to start.
Imagine being the person who can help them figure it out. How would that feel?
Only 3.3% of Queensland businesses consider themselves AI experts.
What would it feel like to become the go-to expert in your workplace? To have your manager turn to you?
Queensland businesses have only a basic understanding of AI — or less.
Picture yourself holding a confident, intelligent conversation about AI while everyone else is still guessing. That's a few workshops away.
Here’s the flip side, and I’ll be honest with you because that’s how I work: if you don’t start learning, that uneasy feeling doesn’t go away on its own. It grows. The fear of being left behind. The quiet loss of confidence. Sitting in a meeting where AI comes up and hoping nobody asks your opinion.
You don’t have to stay there. I can give you a hand — to set yourself apart, add real value to your employer, and walk into any AI conversation with your head up.
"AI won't replace people. But people who use AI will replace those who don't."
If you’d like to learn AI for your own career — to work smarter in your role, and to have a genuine seat at the table if your company starts rolling AI out — here’s how I can help. None of this waits for your employer to arrange it; you can do it off your own bat, and it’s often tax-deductible (check with your accountant).
A proper grounding, run as a small-group series (one session a week for four weeks, each running four to six hours depending on the pace the group needs). You don't do these as one-offs — the value is in the full journey, building week on week. Here's what we cover:
- Week 1 — AI Foundations & Clearing the Fog. Why so many people (and businesses) stall with AI, and it's never really about the tool. You'll leave understanding what AI actually is, where it genuinely helps in your role, and how to spot the "tech fog" for what it is.
- Week 2 — Mapping How Your Work Really Works. We map your actual role — the tasks, the decisions, the repeating work — so you can see clearly where AI could take the load off. (This is the thinking behind a Career OS Blueprint, applied to you and your job.)
- Week 3 — Leading Through AI Change. Not technical at all. How to talk about AI at work without triggering fear, how to bring people with you, and how to weigh what should be automated against what should be protected. This is the module that earns you that seat at the table.
- Week 4 — Redesigning Your Role, Safely. How to reshape your own role to hand the soul-destroying tasks to AI without losing what makes you valuable — so you come out of it doing more of the work you're actually good at.
Cost: $397 per person for the full four-week series — all resources and workbooks included (you just bring your device). Runs with a minimum of 6 people, so if a date isn't set yet you can register your interest and join the waitlist — I'll be in touch as soon as a group comes together. Bring someone you know, and you'll both save $50.
Two-hour sessions where you actually do the thing, with me right there to help, plus time for your own questions. Perfect for picking up a specific, useful skill without a big commitment. Pick the ones that suit you:
- NotebookLM for Work & Research — turn documents, notes and sources into something you can actually question and use.
- Create Images That Work — generate the visuals you need for reports, socials or presentations.
- PDFs into Spreadsheets — pull information out of PDFs and land it neatly in Excel, without the copy-paste misery.
- Research & Proposals, Faster — use AI to research properly and draft solid proposals.
- Build Your Own AI Skills — create reusable AI "skills" you can lean on again and again.
- Automation & Agents 101 — a gentle first step into having AI handle repetitive tasks for you.
- Notion, Set Up Properly — get a workspace that actually works for how you work.
- Go High Level, Set Up Properly — get to grips with GHL for your business or role.
Cost: $97 per micro-course — all resources included, just bring your device. New topics added regularly, so tell me what you'd like to learn.
The series above deliberately keeps things affordable and doesn't include a full blueprint. But if, along the way, you decide you'd like one built properly, I can help you one-on-one:
- Your Career OS Blueprint — built around what you actually do at work (and, if you'd like, with your company's context woven in).
- Your Life OS Blueprint — the same idea, for your whole life rather than just your job.
Not sure which is right for you? That’s completely normal — and exactly what a quick call is for. These are starting points, not the full extent of what I can help with. Tell me where you’re at, and we’ll find your best next step together.
