I'm Kim Edwards, founder of Chameleon Hub. I help business owners in South East Queensland see, understand and take charge of the AI already working inside their business.
My background is in recruitment, leadership, learning and development, and administration, across many different industries. That work taught me how businesses really run: who does what, where the workarounds are, and what goes wrong when nobody owns a decision. It's exactly what an AI risk audit needs.
I'm a Certified AI Risk Auditor (CAIRA) and Red Teaming AI Leader with the AI Leadership Institute, and certified in AI Security and Governance with Securiti. I've also completed training as an AI Solutions Architect and Agentic Practitioner, and in Responsible AI Leadership.
I believe technology, guided by ethics, empathy and clear thinking, can do a lot of good for a business. But only if we put people first. So I work in plain language, at your pace, alongside your team rather than over them, with a person accountable for every recommendation.

Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. If you know how your business runs, that's everything I need. I'll handle the technical side and explain anything that matters in plain English.
We only use ChatGPT. Do we really need this?
Maybe not. That's what the free risk review is for. But most owners who say "just ChatGPT" find a few more once we look: AI features inside their email, accounting or booking software, and free tools staff picked up on their own. The score tells you whether it's worth a closer look.
Is this about replacing my staff?
No. I don't help businesses cut people with AI. The goal is the opposite: to make sure the tools your team uses are safe and genuinely helpful, so your people can do their best work.
Does the Privacy Act apply to my business?
The new rules about telling people when software helps make decisions about them apply to businesses the Privacy Act covers, which is mostly those with more than $3 million in turnover, plus some smaller ones. I treat them as good practice for every business. Your customers want to know, larger clients increasingly ask, and rules like these tend to widen over time.
What's the difference between the risk review, the audit and Break The Bot?
The risk review is a free two-minute score and a short call. The 14-Day AI Risk Audit is the full picture: every AI tool found, scored and turned into a plan. Break The Bot is a hands-on workshop that shows your leaders how AI fails, using practice chatbots instead of your real systems. Most businesses do the workshop after the audit, once they have their 30, 60 and 90 day plan, so their leaders are ready to lead the fixes.
How much does the audit cost?
The review and the call are free. If an audit makes sense, I'll quote a fixed fee based on your size and how many tools are involved, agreed in writing before any work starts. No surprises.
How do you look after our information?
Everything you share is treated as confidential. Before I ask to see any of your documents, we both sign a non-disclosure agreement, so your information is protected in writing. I'll explain exactly what I need, where it's kept and who can see it, and I only ask for the few documents that back up the most important findings.
Do you fix the problems as well?
Yes, though my favourite outcome is helping your team fix things themselves. Many quick fixes can be done straight away, and the plan shows which ones. Before you tackle the bigger items, I recommend your leadership team does , my hands-on red teaming workshop for up to 10 leaders. They'll see how AI goes wrong and learn how to test for it, so they can lead the fixes with confidence. If you'd rather someone carried the work for you, I can do that too, bringing in trusted technical partners for complex builds.
Do you check our cyber security too?
Not directly. My audit looks at the AI in your business: what's running, what it can reach and what could go wrong. Where AI connects to your wider systems, I'll check things like what your AI tools can log into. For broader security, such as patching, backups and anything exposed to the internet, I'll give you a short checklist to go through with your IT provider. If you don't have one, I can point you to a trusted specialist. I stay your main contact either way.
