As an AI Solutions Architect, Kim combines technical depth with practical business understanding—a rare combination in the consulting space.

This blend of experience creates an unusual perspective, allowing for an understanding of how businesses operate (recruitment), how people learn and adopt new technology (instructional design), how to communicate value effectively (sales), and how to build AI solutions that work (technical expertise).

With an INFJ-T personality type, Kim approaches business challenges systematically and methodically—valuing evidence over assumptions and preferring to deliver conservative projections that can be exceeded rather than bold promises that can’t be kept.

This temperament led to a frustrating realisation about the AI consulting industry: most consultants were either selling fear (“automate or die, replace expensive humans”) or selling hype (“transform your business overnight with revolutionary AI”). Both approaches felt fundamentally wrong.

Many consultants spread themselves across multiple AI services, hoping something resonates. Kim deliberately chose to specialise in lead reactivation because:
